Our programs are designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, while educating you on the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle. We also provide mobility and injury prevention modalities to people with a history of injuries.

Our small group training is ideal for sessions of 2-4 people, looking for a high energy workout.
Our group classes is perfect for 4-10 people looking to improve their confidence and fitness.
Our virtual training is designed for individuals practicing social distancing who want to stay in shape.
Schedule a Full-Body Assessment
Come visit our gym and work with one of our personal trainers to complete a goal planning and full-body assessment session. We’ll partner with you to build a personal training plan that’s customized to fit your goals and needs.
After we perform a full-body assessment with you, we’ll identify the best performance path forward. We’ll work side-by-side with you to help guide and support your development.
Our COVID-19 Procedures
At Fitness and Fuel, we're working hard to keep our training facility safe and clean. We've implemented several safety protocols that include: UV Air Filtration System, vaccination requirement, and limited class sizes.

Masks: we will be following all state and federal mandates.
Equipment: all used equipment will be cleaned between sessions.
Unwell: if you're symptomatic, let us know and we'll reschedule.
Facility: Gym is sanitized and mopped daily.
