At Fitness & Fuel, we help people who want to learn how to exercise and feel confident in the gym so that they can make the progress they have always wanted to achieve. Unlike other gyms we educate our members, which begins with a strategy session to create a custom approach just for you.

Our small group training is ideal for sessions of 2-4 people, looking for a high energy workout.

My passion for health and fitness started back in college. I fell in love with the subject, and began my career as a personal trainer soon after. After 15+ years of professional experience, I decided it was time to pursue my dream and create the Fitness and Fuel gym. Thanks to the support of friends and family, and my closest customers.

My dedication for personal training began early in life. In college, I hired a personal trainer to teach me about nutrition and help me break ‘bad’ food habits. I also learned about cardio and strength training. The experience was incredible! Not long after, I decided to make a career change.

Mack Klink Bio I’ve become a fitness coach after suffering a nasty snowboarding injury, which I’ve gained 60lbs and took 3 years to fully recover from. After recovering from my injury, I had to relearn how to safely and effectively train again. I’m originally from Seattle, Washington, where I was the Director of Fitness at Flow Fitness. During the pandemic, my girlfriend (now wife) and I moved to New York City before relocating to Boston in April 2023. After 10+ years of being in this industry, I’m motivated to help members become more confident both within the gym, in their nutrition, and in life to become the best version of themselves.

I am not an athlete for a specific sport, but I am called an athlete because no matter what age I or whatever hobby/sport I pick up, I am able to do so with relative ease and success.That highlighted to me that with great coaches and mentors, everybody can succeed. Their ability to help me succeed in my athletics endeavors was the catalyst for me joining the profession. I want to give others the opportunity to achieve greatness. Everyone should be met where they are, without judgment, and that is my focus for every one of my clients. Whatever your objective, I will reach the athlete in you.

I became a fitness coach in 2011, after realizing that fitness and nutrition had become one of my favorite hobbies and main subject of research and conversation. I wanted a more meaningful career and it made sense to go for it. The satisfaction of helping people improve their health and become a better version of themselves motivates me to continuously challenge myself to become my best version.
