At Fitness and Fuel, our 2,200 square foot facility offers the perfect space for personal training and group classes. Our team of certified personal trainers are focused on designing a personalized training experience that helps you grow, as well as achieve your goals.

Get the Training You Want

We specialized in multiple areas of fitness training: strength, mobility, and Olympic weightlifting, and we even provide private Pilates sessions. After a fun and hard work out, you can enjoy a healthy prepped meal that’s sourced locally and 100% gluten free.


We welcome everyone at our gym! No matter the gender, age, or ethnicity. Indoor and outdoor training options are available.

Schedule a Full-Body Assessment

Come visit our gym and work with one of our personal trainers to complete a goal planning and full-body assessment session. We’ll partner with you to build a personal training plan that’s customized to fit your goals and needs.


After we perform a full-body assessment with you, we’ll identify the best performance path forward. We’ll work side-by-side with you to help guide and support your development.

Our group training classes give folks looking for a session, between 4-10 people a great atmosphere for building confidence and advancing your fitness. Whether you’re jumping into MetCon training, a core and muscle strengthening Pilates workout, or stretch and mobility classes; our personal trainers will help coach and support your success the entire way.
