Freeze & Cancellation Policies for Website
Membership Freeze Policy:
We offer flexible options to help you manage your membership when life gets busy.
Standard Freeze
Members may freeze their account for up to eight (8) weeks per calendar year. During this time, gym access is paused.
Minimum freeze duration: ten (10) days
All requests must be submitted through our website at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance
Once the eight (8) week annual limit is reached, members may continue to hold their sessions for a $20 monthly holding fee. This fee pauses regular billing and extends the expiration date of any remaining sessions.
Catch-Up Freeze
Members who have built up unused sessions may be placed on a one-time Catch-Up Freeze. This allows time to use existing sessions before additional billing resumes.
A Catch-Up Freeze is typically initiated when a member has accumulated about two billing cycles’ worth of unused sessions. During this time, billing is temporarily paused while sessions are used.
The length of the Catch-Up Freeze is based on your training frequency and unused sessions. Members may attend one additional session per week beyond their normal schedule.
Examples:
Training 1x/week with 4 unused sessions → 2 weeks to catch up
Training 2x/week with 8 unused sessions → 4 weeks to catch up
Training 3x/week with 12 unused sessions → 6 weeks to catch up
At the end of the Catch-Up Freeze period, regular billing will automatically resume, regardless of any remaining sessions.
The Catch-Up Freeze may be used once per membership and cannot be renewed or repeated.
Cancellation Policy:
Members are allowed to cancel their membership after fulfilling the two month minimum billing cycle. After which they must give notice of their desire to cancel a minimum of two sessions before their next payment date by filling out this form.
