Freeze & Cancellation Policies for Website

Freeze Policy:
 

Members may request to place their account on hold under the conditions outlined below. A standard freeze is available to members who will be away for ten (10) or more consecutive days. Each member is entitled to up to four (4) standard freezes per calendar year at no additional cost. Any standard freeze requested beyond this annual allowance will be subject to a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per month for each additional month the account remains on hold.

 

During a standard freeze, all billing and session usage will be paused. Membership expiration and future billing dates will be extended by the duration of the freeze. Please note that gym access will be restricted during the freeze period.

 

In addition to standard freezes, members who have accrued six (6) or more unused sessions may request a one-time “Catch-Up” freeze. This option allows members to continue training using their existing session balance while suspending any future billing until the session balance is reduced to zero. Once all excess sessions have been used, regular billing will automatically resume. The Catch-Up freeze may only be used once for the duration of any single membership and is not eligible for renewal or repetition.

 

All freeze requests must be submitted no less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the intended start date of the freeze. Requests submitted with less than the required notice may result in the member’s next scheduled automatic payment being processed as normal.

Cancellation Policy:

 

Members are allowed to cancel their membership after fulfilling the two month minimum billing cycle. After which they must give notice of their desire to cancel a minimum of two sessions before their next payment date by filling out this form.
