Where do I park?

There is  free street parking on all of the surrounding side streets.  Some may say “Charlesview Resident  Parking”, and are free as well. Just watch out for the three 15 minute  only parking spots.

Small Group vs. Private

Small Group Training is the perfect blend of group energy with a personal training feel. We use customized training programs for all members with a ratio of 4 members to 1 coach.Private Training is one on one, and is usually for beginners or members who have injuries that require more attention.

Do we have showers?

No we do not have showers; but we do have body wipes, dry shampoo and spray deodorant to help you get ready if needed.

Do we allow members to use the gym outside of sessions?
